2023/2024 – Project Management, Communication and Consultancy for the Mahalla Festival under the title Beyond What Drifts Us Apart, taking place at the area of the Dwejra Tower in Gozo, Malta in cooperation with the MagiC Carpets platform and Din l-Art Ħelwa, Malta.
2022 – Co-curator of the Mahalla Festival in Istanbul under the title Palimpsest – taking place in Istanbul in cooperation with the MagiC Carpets platform in the frame of parallel events of the 17th Istanbul Biennial with the participation of 38 artists from 15 countries.
Since 2022 – Project Management, Communication and Consultancy for the Turkish intercultural association DIYALOG as network partner of the MagiC Carpets platform, a Creative Europe project uniting 21 European cultural organisations that create opportunities for emerging artists to embark on journeys to unknown lands and to create, together with local artists and local communities, new works.
2020 – Co-curator of the third Mahalla Festival taking place under the title The Wandering Tower as a remote festival in Istanbul to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic and to overcome the feeling of immobility; with a support of the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, Istanbul.
2018 – Co-curator of the 2nd Mahalla Festival in Malta on the occasion of Valletta European Capital of Culture; with financial support from the German Embassy in Valletta, Arts Council Malta, Allianz Cultural Foundation, Vodafone Malta Foundation, and others, in cooperation with the Malta National Community Art Museum -MUZA and 50 artists from Europe and the Mediterranean region.
2017 – Initiator and Co-curator of the Mahalla Festival in Istanbul as part of the parallel events of the 15th Istanbul Biennale. The theme of the festival, which includes conferences, talks, exhibitions and concerts, is about migration, mobility, inclusion and cultural identity. With financial support from the German Consulate General Istanbul, the Austrian Chancellery, the Italian Cultural Institute Istanbul, the Goethe-Institut Istanbul and the Swiss Consulate General and in cooperation with the cultural centre SALT and 30 artists from Europe and the Middle East.
2013 – Initiator and Curator of the first Three-Sided Football Match in Turkey as part of the parallel events of the 13th Istanbul Biennale and as a result of the Gezi Park protests for more democracy in Turkey. Implementation and curation of the three-sided football game developed in 1964 by the Danish artist and COBRA founder Asger Jorn.
Since 2012 Project Manager of the Istanbul-based cultural online platform InEnArt and the associated Video Magazine StreetWalking; funded by the German Federal Foreign Office in partnership with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Turkey represented by Il Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlügü and in cooperation with KNDM Cologne.-
Since 2006 to present, Founding Member and Secretary General of the independent cultural initiative DIYALOG, based in Istanbul, to promote cultural exchange and understanding. As Secretary General, responsible for the development of cultural projects, their realization and execution.
